Is it free to use?
Yes. Free includes up to 50 saved links, a downloadable QR code for each, and separate link and QR click totals. No credit card is needed.
Do I need an account?
You can create one pending link before signing up. To activate it, create an account, verify your email and open your dashboard in the same browser within seven days. Verified accounts can create active links immediately.
Can I change where a link or QR code goes?
Yes, with Pro. Edit the destination while keeping the same short URL and QR code, so you can update a menu, offer or page without reprinting anything.
What analytics do I get?
Free shows separate lifetime link and QR click totals. Pro adds click trends, date filters, countries, traffic sources, devices, browsers, operating systems, referrers and CSV downloads. Repeat visits count; likely bots are excluded from click totals.
Does upgrading give me a year of past reports?
No. New reports collected on Pro are kept for up to 365 days. Upgrading also unlocks Free reports that have not expired, but those still expire 30 days after collection. Older, expired reports cannot be recovered. Lifetime click totals remain while the link exists.
Will my links stop working if I reach the analytics limit?
No. Links keep redirecting and lifetime click totals continue. When your monthly analytics allowance is used up, new events are no longer added to reports until the allowance resets on the first day of the next month, in UTC.
Can I download my QR code for print?
Yes. Every link includes PNG and SVG downloads. SVG stays sharp at any size, making it useful for printed menus, posters and packaging. Your QR code works while its link is active and its short domain remains available.
